Class Schedule • New Syllabus • CEO papers back this week – apologies for delay – last 2 papers were just clarified this week (one dropped, one submitted). • Proposal First Draft peer-to-peer workshops (reading two drafts each) • Sign up for private conferences on the most thorough, proof-read, well-revised, first draft you can produce on Saturday and Sunday • Final draft proposal due Friday, April 6 • Introduction to your final project • Assignment – Final Project Vision Statement

Peer to Peer Screening – 35 min • During this exercise, I would like you to read two (2) of your peers’ drafts and comment thereupon. • We have had a few glitches in this process recently, so MAKE SURE to be clear on which papers you are reading, and what e-mail addresses you need prior to leaving the class. • We will exchange e-mails as before, but you will be sending your work to two students, and receiving the work of two students, as well. • Please wait for my instructions before leaving.

  7. Final Project Options • Business Plan option • Industry analysis • Comparative analysis between two companies • Extension of your proposal • Free-form option – but we must discuss for my approval

  8. Exercise Final Project Vision Statement Opening paragraph and outline of FINAL PAPER Construct a speculative, but thoughtful, opening paragraph of what you think your Final Paper will argue. Summarize your project and state an analytical claim thereabout (knowing this might change a bit as you research and construct your paper); Follow with a point-by-point outline with appropriate headings, topic sentences, evidence, and analysis Attempt to construct a conclusion in which you consider the larger implications of what your overall paper is about.
