Does Anyone Care? The Call to Faithfulness in Revelation

  4. News shows depravity of mankind. • Laws passed contrary to God’s word. • Millions of dollars wasted every year. • Interest in God seems to be waning. Doesn’t anyone care?

  5. Sea beast deceives humanity • Land beast deceives humanity • False worship is rampant Doesn’t anyone care?

  8. 144,000 • Undivided allegiance…. • Follow the Lamb…. • First fruits of God…. • Tell no lies…. • Blameless…. With Him 144,000

  10. Two challenges: • Fear of the end times…. • We know we aren’t good enough…. How about me?

  11. Casual reading of Revelation reveals we are at war! • Revelation 14:1 – 144,000 have God’s name on their foreheads. • Revelation 7:3 – God’s people are protected by the seal. • Revelation 16:2 – God’s people are protected. • Plagues of Egypt How about me?

  15. Colossians 1:21 – “Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. 22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation.” How about me?
