Isa.49:6; Acts 13:46-47 The disciples went out and preached from / to everywhere (= Missions) and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word with signs and wonders!   4. God’s Glory in fulfilling the Great Commission We were created and recreated for… God’s Glory! NB: Context of Great Commission = Worship of Christ (Matt.28:17-20) One verb = Discipling the nations, 3 participles: how? Evangelize: share the good news Baptize: identify with, induct into faith community Stabilize: teach followers to obey Jesus Realize: Emmanuel - God is with us, not just me!

South America: ‘the neglected continent’, now 2nd reformation in missions (David Ruez) 3. Indonesia: world’s largest Muslim state >20% Xian 4. Africa: ‘Dark continent’; now > Xians than the West 5. India: ‘pagans’ Carey came to reach now largest mission internal-external sending nations 6. The Balkans:…?
