  3. Vinni-PajustiIndustrialareas In the region Vinni-Pajusti about 1,800 people accomodate, representing one third of the population in Vinni parish. So the Vinni Pajusti holdings were centers that had been built as the base for agricultural production as well as support for industrial production.

Vinni-PajustiIndustrialareas Strengths of the region:Favorable location, close roads, a favorable climate for agricultural production (land quality rating, fields and farm sizes, and technology supply), a built-in utilities (gas pipeline, water and sewer mains, a stable electrical connection), an existing positive living environment (nursery schools, secondary schools, sports center, a pharmacy, point GP, shops, petrol stations), effective public transportation county.
