NOISE COMPATIBILITY CRITERIA • Footnotes: • Compatibility of accessory or secondary uses shall be determined based on that use, and not based on the primary use (e.g. restaurants accessory to Lodging shall be considered as restaurants and not as lodging). • With appropriate sound attenuation so that indoor sound levels attributable to exterior sources shall not exceed an Ldn of 45 decibels (dBA) in any habitable area. • Not including outdoor service. • Uses involving highly sensitive processes or equipment may not be suitable. • Not including outdoor activities serving the general public.

SAFETY COMPATIBILITY CRITERIA • Footnotes to Table: • Compatibility of accessory or secondary uses shall be determined based on that use, and not based on the primary use (e.g. a chapel accessory to a cemetery shall be considered as a religious facility and not as a cemetery use). • Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – APZ I and Paddle to 7,800 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed twenty persons per acre of net lot area • Defined as the total lot area minus that part of the property dedicated to public right-of-way. • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than ten acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be twenty-five percent of the net lot area • 3. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – APZ II and Center Paddle from 7,800 to 30,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed twenty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than five acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be thirty percent of the net lot area • 4. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – Center Paddle from 30,000 to 50,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed thirty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than five acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be thirty percent of the net lot area • 5. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – Side Paddle from 15,000 to 30,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed forty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than five acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be forty percent of the net lot area • 6. Subject to limitations on density / intensity of use as follows: • Recommended Intensity of Use Standards – Side Paddle from 30,000 to 50,000 feet • Intensity of Use: Maximum occupancy not to exceed forty persons per acre of net lot area1 • Lot Size: Minimum net lot area shall be not less than 2.5 acres. • Lot Coverage: Maximum lot coverage shall be fifty percent of the net lot area • Not including facilities that provide services directly to the public or places of public assembly; and not including facilities providing services that are critical for public health and safety (such as fire protection, police communications, sewage or water treatment, water storage, etc. • Below ground facilities only • Limited to row crops only, with no structures or live stock • NOTE: The width of the Center Paddle beyond the 15,000 foot threshold is 5,000 feet; the Side Paddle is the remaining area on either side of the Center Paddle between 15,000 and 50,000 feet.
