  4. #3 • NEWCOMERS need to be PATIENT… • A FEW of you MIGHT become STARTERS • Most players NEED a YEAR to DEVELOP • You will APPRECIATE my philosophy as a RETURNER • Your Senior Year will BE YOUR BEST YEAR

  5. #4 • ALL NEWCOMERS will be GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES • To WIN a STARTING POSITION • To BECOME a SPARK off the bench • To Develop For The Years To Come • Returners & Starters MUST Embrace THIS! • (Tradition Never Graduates)

  6. #5 • If a RETURNER & Newcomer are EVEN… • The Returner Will Get The Nod • Returner has more EXPERIENCE • Returner has given more to the PROGRAM • Newcomers MUST Embrace THIS!

  7. #6 • If a NEWCOMER has shown a GREATER IMPACT… • Newcomer will get the nod • Everyone must support this player • No hating, jealousy, gossiping, immaturity • We are here to Raise EACH other’s Game

  8. #7 • If a STARTER is INCONSISTENT & having a BAD day • They will be taken out to figure it out… • Coach may show PATIENCE W/POTENTIAL • These players are known as “Coaches Favorites” • Past Successes keeps them on the Field • Coach may choose PERFORMANCE over POTENTIAL • Present Performance keeps them off the field
