Tight shoes and high heels squeeze the skin of the feet. In loose shoes, foot consistently slides and rub against the shoes. A continuous pressure, friction and shearing are caused on the feet while walking. ● Not Wearing Socks: Skipping socks while wearing shoes or heels can cause pressure on the feet.
