  5. 1. Placing an Order from an Application (SurePDF) What is SurePDF? • A Print driver that allows you to convert a native file into a PDF format. Why Use SurePDF? • Creates an unchangeable document that embeds all fonts, graphics, and formatting • Streamlines the ordering process www.rocsoft.com

  16. 3: Selecting From a Catalog What is a Catalog? A collection of print and/or non-print items that are made available to all WebCRD users or only to specific users. The available catalogs for our training are samples taken from the Arlington catalog www.rocsoft.com
