  2. Launch ASD on Client 110 in I2P

  3. Click “Install” and Then Click on “Launch Now” * ASD automatically upgrades to the latest version

  4. ASD Updates Build Models AutomaticallyWhen Updated Material/Pricing Info is Downloaded, ASD is Ready To Go

  5. Create or Open Design Request

  6. Add Required Configurator Models and then Click on “Configurator”

  7. Set Requirements and “Apply Defaults” for a Standard System

  8. Set Location Parameters Manually for Non-standard Designs

  9. Set System Parameters Manually for Non-standard Designs

  10. Click on “Design” Button to Trigger Configuration Process

  11. Review Warning Messages and Adjust Your Design (if required)

  12. Add Piece Parts to Your Design (if required) or Create a Pure Piece Part Request

  13. Go to “Material Search” Tab For Easy Reference to Material Codes & Descriptions

  14. Review Material Report After the Design is Complete

  15. Open “Tools” Menu to Review ASD Pricing Report

  16. Select UDPL/NPL Price List According to Your Preferences

  17. Review Pricing by Line Item or Review Pricing by Total Amount According to UDPL Settings (see next slide)

  18. Review Pricing by Total Amount According to UDPL Settings

  19. Select “Get Quote” From the Menu to Upload Your Design into SAP

  20. Enter Required Data into SAP * Sales org, Channel or Division should not be changed

  21. Select Your Shipping Location & Click “Save”

  22. Select “NO” to Create Your Quotation Immediately

  23. Click “OK” When ASD Reports Back With The Quotation Number To Launch SAP

  24. To Retrieve This Information Again Use ZBHR in SAP * Launch SAP Logon, then double click I2P and access SAP on your ASD/PLAT login credentials

  25. Type ZBHR in The Text Box of The SAP Toolbar And Hit ENTER * In case the field is not present, use the white triangle icon to open it * Enter the sales quotation number, select Material Hierarchy and click the “Execute” icon to access the Double Line entry screen again (see slides 25-28) EXECUTE

  26. In the “Double Line Entry Screen” Click “Expand All” For Details

  27. Select “Download” From the Menu to Create an Export of the Data

  28. Select “Spreadsheet” To Create an Export in Delimited Text

  29. Enter Path and Filename Including the .XLS File Extension

  30. Review the Exported File For Pricing Material Information

  31. Go to EMEA Business Partner Portal/ Manage my Avaya Relationship/EMEA BusinessPartner Guidebook

  32. Download BP Order Request Form from the Related Documents

  33. Fill In BP Order Request Form TemplateTool

  34. Submit Your Order To emeacsc@avaya.com Click on the button, and an e-mail message will be generated with your order request in it
