The IDAT proposal • record authentication and accounting data • simplify helpdesk support • gathering additional data like VLAN, IP, FQDN • easy MAC address registration • real-time & long-term statistic • audit capability • available as OVA supporting VMware, Virtual Box, ... • supports Avaya IDE release 7.x – 9.x (in future release) • threshold & alerting for critical parameter • accounting analysis • relation between device, user and IP addresses

  3. WEB-Interface Multi lingual support exist for (can be extended if required ): English / German / Spain / France / Italian / Czech / Russian Columns can be selected and arranged for each user individually. Look and feel can be changed (24 available skins). Any column can be filtered.

Up to 50 million authentication/ accounting events can be kept in the Data Base. Helpdesk and Audit team get access to a intuitive WEB interface. Three different access rights are available (full, partial, read only) IDAT user can be authenticated and authorised by Radius like Ignition server

If IP address is given, a DNS query is processed to get the Full Qualified Domain Name.

  8. License 30 day evaluation license full featured is available after installation. There is no charge for the software itself, but a fee is claimed for support and software maintenance on annual bases depending on the size of the authentication network.
