General Updates / Reminders • Real Time Bill Determinants Missing in 12-1 through 12-3 RTM CODE Extracts • Affected Bill Determinants: • NSO (Non-Spin Obligation) • NSQ (Non-Spin Quantity) • Root Cause: • Missed configuration step during cutover • Resolution: • The bill determinants will be made available in the 12-1 through 12-3 RTM CODES for the Final Settlement • Impact: • These bill determinants are used in the calculation of Adjustments to Cost Allocations for Ancillary Services Procurement for Non-Spin. • QSEs will not be able to fully shadow the RTM adjustments to Non-Spin for Operating Days 12-1 through 12-3 • The actual calculations were not impacted. Basis for the hotline call • ERCOT identified several generators that were above their SCED issue basepoints and this was collectively contributing to impact on the West to North Stability Limit flow • 11:43 ERCOT issued hotline call instructing QSEs with WGRs in the West to follow their SCED Basepoint

  6. Impact of Basepoint deviations ERCOT Issued directive to follow the SCED Basepoints

  7. Expected actions • Until further notice Wind QSEs are instructed to follow the basepoint from SCED and treat this as a curtailment instruction • ERCOT will issue a call once the directive is canceled
