General Reminders / Updates • Based on feedback, ERCOT will continue daily Market Calls through the end of December • Daily calls will be held once / daily at 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday starting on 12/8 • Friday calls will continue to be held at 9:00 AM • No calls will be scheduled on the weekend • ERCOT will hold the last 10:30 AM market call on Tuesday 12/7 • These calls will be focused on issues and MP questions (detailed market analysis will no longer be on the agenda starting on 12/8) • ERCOT.com Calendar to be updated with meeting information • UPDATE: Market Manager Exceptions / Session errors • This issue has been resolved • If there are any continued issues, please contact helpdesk@ercot.com • UPDATE: Question regarding WRUC Metric • There currently is no metric on WRUC • There is, however, a gray-boxed language in section 9.1.10(1) of the Nodal Operating Guides regarding 7-Days of COPs:ERCOT shall report when a seven day Current Operating Plan (COP) has not been provided by the representing QSE for a Resource by 1500 each day. An event occurs when a QSE has not provided at least 153 hours of a Resource’s operating plan to ERCOT by 1500. This report will be prepared monthly and posted on the MIS Secure Area. • Currently, there is not an ETA on implementation http://nodal.ercot.com 4

  5. FAQ Q: Why is my quick start resource not being awarded OFFNS in Hour 1 of DAM? A: This is due to the fact that quick starts are to be shown ON in the COP in Hour 24 of the current day (to satisfy min offline time they cannot be awarded offline AS in Hour 1 (or more, depending on the min offline time). As discussed in stakeholder meetings during NPRR272, the workaround is to show COP resource status as OFF in Hour 24 before DAM runs, and then change it to ON after DAM publishes. This will allow the quick start resource to be awarded OFFNS in Hour 1. http://nodal.ercot.com 5
