Two missions were conducted to complete a full shelf transect offshore of Tarpon Springs, covering early June and mid-July. The plots illustrate the entire transect, ranging from the shelf break at 200m to 30m depth. All parameter plots are scaled similarly for comparison. Data is available at http://cotprojects.marine.usf.edu/data/plots.html. Mission 46 was deployed offshore from WBII, moving toward shore, while Mission 48 was deployed north along the Middle Grounds Transect. The results showcase varying temperature, salinity, density, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll, CDOM, and backscatter data.
