Obre la porta a la privatització de l’educació pública • Ataca el model d’inmersió escolar vigent a Catalunya • Centralitza i espanyoliza el sistema educatiu • Obre la porta a una selecció prematura entre els alumnes des dels 13 anys • Dona tractes de favor a les escoles concertades dixant que el mercat dirigeixi la planificacó de l’oferta educativa • Atempta al dret de participació democràtica de famílies, alumnes i professorat en el govern del centre ConsellsEscolars Rebuig a la LOMCE
