  3. 1. What to do,shoulda severe earthquake occur when class is in session? You are requested to follow the emergency instructions to be issued by the faculty in class. Details of the instructions will be given during the first session of class. Please pay due attention to the instructions as they include evacuation and other important directives pertaining to the protection of your own life. Relevant procedural documents will also be kept in each classroom for reference.

Emergency Communication Channels In the event of a severe earthquake or deteriorating weather conditions, the University may issue an emergency bulletin to post directives to cancel classes or other contingency measures as appropriate. Notifications will be disseminated via the following communication channels. Therefore, please confirm in advance that you are able to access all of the websites listed below and bookmark them on your PCs and mobile phones.
