The Emerging Global Consensus in Disability Management Standards IFDM Brisbane October 2006 The National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR), founded in 1984 by the Disabled Workers Foundation of Canada, is an internationally recognized organization committed to reducing the human, social and economic costs of disability.
