  1. TDTWG Status Update - PRR606 USAs and Digital Certificates Wednesday, August 10th

Status Update PRR606 • The draft PRR606 introduces some new requirements for MP USAs and holders of Digital Certificates • Some Market Participants have stated that some of the processes included in the PRR606 will interfere with existing processes currently in place for these same individuals and the current process should be sufficient • In addition some MPs see little value in some of the requirements • Some MPs believe that in order to comply with some of the requirements, other critical processes will be interrupted and those processes could be in jeopardy • At the June PRS meeting, PRS requested TDTWG continue to assist with the resolution of these as well as other issues

Status Update of PRR606 TDTWG held 6 conference calls and 1 workshop to address known issues TDTWG submitted revised language as comments reflective of the consensus achieved through these efforts The new language resolved many of the concerns noted by Market Participants but not all Parties that formally submitted comments to those submitted by TDTWG were: Brazos, Centerpoint, and ERCOT At the July PRS meeting, PRS heard from all parties It was determined at that meeting that PRR606 needed additional work and that TDTWG should continue with efforts necessary to resolve

Status Update PRR606 TDTWG has scheduled additional workshops to resolve issues expressed through comments as well as those verbal comments made at the July PRS meeting Some remaining primary existing issues that will be addressed in these workshops include: • Reviewing Terrorist Watch Lists to ensure digital certificates are not held by individuals on these lists • Completing the digital certificate audit in the timeframe specified • Not allowing multiple resources to share a digital certificate.

  5. Status Update of PRR606 Scheduled Workshops for PRR606 August 11th 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM August 18th 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM Consensus comments from these workshops will be sent in at the conclusion of the August 18th workshop Those intending to participate please plan to attend these workshops
