Register your team members and document proof of registration in your Engineering Notebook. Don't forget to return your Returnable Kits and participate in the Awards and Judging process.   5. Important Dates • Mall Day- Oct. 19, Cobb Galleria • Electronic Award Deadline- Oct. 18, 11:59pm • Game Day- Oct. 26, GSU Clarkston Campus • *South’s BEST (only for qualifying teams)- Dec. 7-8, Auburn, AL

  6. BEST National Registry • Register ALL team members(teachers, students, mentors) • Document proof within your Engineering Notebook that team members have all been registered and earn additional points on your score sheet http://bestnationalregistry.eventbrite.com

  9. Kit of Parts

  10. Consumable Kits • Kit of parts that you can use as you see fit that don’t need to be returned at the end of the season • You CAN buy replacements if needed. However: • They must be the same material! • You cannot use MORE than the allotted materials in your kit on your robot. You can replace, not add, material. • Reminder: The plastic Consumable Kit bin must be returned with your Returnable Kit at the end of the season.

  11. Returnable Kits • Kit of electronics and other miscellaneous parts that you return at the end of the season • Please inventory your parts thoroughlybeforeyou leave. • After you leave, any missing parts will be YOUR responsibility and will be treated as lost/damaged parts.

  12. Returnable Kit Return These kits cost over $900 each!!! Please help us reuse them for years to come!

  13. Kit Return • Kit return will be DURING game day • Be prepared to dismantle your electronics at the end of Game Day! Bring tools you’ll need. You MUST return it before you leave the venue! • Advancing teams must return kits by January 8th • Email us to set up a return date and location • Kit return also includes: • The enclosed part guide booklet within your Returnable Kit • The enclosed tackle box for parts • The plastic Consumable Kit bin

Kit Pickup Procedure Today • Inventory all returnables and your consumables bin • Sign the Agreement to Borrow once you’ve confirmed you have all your returnables • Turn in Agreement to Borrow, sign form at table to certify you’ve turned it in, have all your small consumables • Take consumables checklist outside to parking lot to receive your large consumables • Volunteer initials your consumables checklist, you initial their form, certifying you have all your consumables. **DO NOT RETRIEVE YOUR LARGE CONSUMABLES BEFORE YOU’VE INVENTORIED YOUR RETURNABLES AND SMALL CONSUMABLES KIT**
