Accountability = 100 Days • Fall accountability is based upon which A1 school a student attended for 100 days or should have attended for 100 days during 2012-13. • The counting of enrollment days begins on the first day of enrollment and ends on the first day of the K-PREP window. • Accountability for ACT Explore and ACT Plan is based upon where the student was accountable in the Spring of 2013.

  8. Fields to Change in… Infinite Campus SDRR Annotation Accountable School Non-participation Accommodations • Name • Grade • SSID • DOB • Gender • Race/Ethnicity • Lunch • IEP • EL/LEP

  9. Infinite Campus Questions regarding fields coming from IC must be submitted to the Enterprise Data – KSIS Team at kdedatarequest@education.ky.gov OAA will be unable to assist with IC questions.

  10. IEP Field (Helpful Hints) Correcting the IEP field in Infinite Campus • Make certain the student has a current Individualized Educational Program (IEP) • Make certain that the IEP is locked If IC change is not reflected in SDRR within 24 hours, contact kdedatarequest@education.ky.gov

EL/LEP Field (Helpful Hints) Correcting the EL/LEP field in Infinite Campus: • Mark the student as LEP • Home Language other than English:0400 • Mark at least one instructional accommodation • Mark at least one program services type (cannot be declined services) If IC change is not reflected in SDRR within 24 hours, contact kdedatarequest@education.ky.gov

Alternate Assessment (Helpful Hints) Correcting the roster if Alternate Assessment students are appearing In SDRR • Enter Non-Participation Reason of Alternate Assessment Student to exempt In IC • Check the Alternate Assessment box on the IEP • Make certain the IEP islocked and current If IC change is not reflected in SDRR within 24 hours, contact kdedatarequest@education.ky.gov

Accommodations • Available only for a student with an IEP or PSP. • No specific accommodations are collected – Yes or No • When IEP or EL/LEP (PSP) is “Yes”, the Accommodations column will change to “No.” • If accommodations were used by the student, go to the Accommodations column and change it to Yes. • Accommodations field will reflect whether the accommodations were given for one or both plans.

  23. Annotations Before deleting a student, annotate reason for deletion. Students Added to a Roster have an automatic annotation of when and by whom this student was added to the roster.

  25. Add a Student (from Student Listing) Steps to Add a Student Enter SSID and Search Enter Accountable District and School If school-level access: Testing School fills automatically If applicable, enter Non-Participation information

  26. Retrieve a Deleted Student Steps to Retrieve a Deleted Student Click on Recover Deleted Students button Select checkbox in front of student name Click Yes to Recover Or Click No to return to Student Listing

  27. Student Listing Accountability Enrollment Dates and Number of Days for 2012-13 are available through CIITS or by contacting the previous school(s).
