  1. In the General Information you have to provide all the necessary details of the company which is required to file your companies Balance Sheet & Profit Loss account to Ministry of Company affairs. General Information :

Balance Sheet : The heads included are Share Capital , Reserves and surplus, Share application money pending allotment, Detailed government Grants , Monthly Interest, Long Term Borrowings , Deferred Tax Liabilities, Foreign Currency monetary difference liability account, Other Long term liabilities, long term provisions, total non current liabilities etc. details has to be enter through accounting notes. Balance Sheet :

Profit & Loss Account : Profit & Loss Account : Statement of Profit and loss account -The Statement of profit and Loss Accounts consists the revenue from sale of products, sale of services, other operating expenditure, excise duty, service tax collected, Revenue from interest , revenue from other financial services and other related fields. The Above details has to be entered trough accounting notes option.

  4. Cash Flow Direct : Statement of cash flow Direct method : The direct method has fields such as receipts from sales of good and rendering of services, receipts from royalties fees , commissions and other revenues , receipts from future contracts , forward contracts and options contract.

  5. Cash Flow Indirect : Statement of cash flow Indirect method : In this section the fields required are the indirect method of Statement of Cash flow are inserted. Includes a) Profit before extraordinary items and tax b) Adjustment for finance costs c) Adjustment for depreciation and amortization expense d) adjustment for impairment loss reversal of impairment e)Adjustments for unrealized foreign exchange losses gains etc.

  6. Share Capital : Share Capital : Entries include Funds raised by issuing shares in return for cash or other considerations. Share capital can be composed of both common and preferred shares. Fields include Disclosures of classes of share capital , Type of share , Number of shares authorized, value of shares authorized, number of shares issued, value of shares issued etc.

  7. Reserves & Surplus : Reserves & Surplus : Heads consists of the amount of an asset or resource that exceeds the portion that is utilized or excess assets including income, profits, capital and goods. Fields include disclosure of notes on reserves explanatory , statement of changes in reserves , aggregate amount set aside or proposal to be set aside , to reserve , aggregate amounts withdrawn from such reserves set aside, share reserves joint ventures.

  8. Borrowings : Borrowings: Fields include Disclosure of notes on borrowings explanatory, classification of borrowings, Details of bonds or debentures , details of bonds or debentures , share long term borrowings joint ventures , share short term borrowings joint ventures.

  9. Non Current Investments : Non – Current Investments : The heads included in this are Accounting policy for determination of carrying amount of investments, Aggregate amount of quoted non-current investments, market value of non- current investments, Aggregate amount of unquoted non-current investments etc.

  10. Current Investments : Current Investments : Fields to be entered includes Disclosures of notes on current investments explanatory , accounting policy for determination of carrying amount of investments,, Details of current investments, aggregate amount of quoted current investments, market value of quoted current investments, Aggregate amount of unquoted current investments, aggregate provisions for diminution in value of current investments, etc.

  11. Sub Classification : Sub classification and notes on liabilities and assets : Disclosures of sub classification and notes on liabilities and assets, disclosures of notes on other long term liabilities explanatory , trade payable long term etc.

  12. Disclosures to Balance Sheet : Additional disclosures on Balance Sheet : Through this option you can provide additional disclosures required to support your balance sheet figures

  13. Disclosures to Accounting Policies : Disclosures of accounting policies, changes in accounting policies and estimates : Through this option you can provide accounting policies, changes in the accounting system and others

  14. Events after Balance Sheet : Events occurring after balance sheet date : Through this option you have to provide details of the different types of events after preparing the balance sheet.

  15. Tangible Assets : Tangible Assets : Through this option you have to give disclosures to your Tangible assets present in your business.

  16. Intangible Assets : Intangible Assets : Through this option you have to provide disclosures to your Intangible assets of business.

  17. Employee Benefits : Employee benefits : Through this option you have to provide disclosures to different benefits provided to your employees

  18. Segments : Segments : Through this option you have to provide disclosures to your primary and geographical segments of the reports

  19. Leases : Leases : Through this option you have to provide minimum lease amounts paid and present balance values of such lease.

  31. Validate : Validate Mandatory Elements : This is the option through which you can validate the mandatory elements before generating the XML Files
