Role of David Wilhelm as a Construction Manager • As a construction manager, David Wilhelm plans and prepares construction schedules and milestones. • He monitors progress against established schedules. • He also represents company on matters such as business services and union contracts negotiation. • David Wilhelm has so far worked for various construction projects including DSDS.

  3. He Oversees Construction Sites and Workers to Ensure a High Level of Quality and Safety • David creates and reviews requests for information and requests for proposal and change orders. • He coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. • Besides, he assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractor’s construction schedules. • He also reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
