  5. September 18th, 2003 • Joint meeting with Detroit Section and Ann Arbor Section held at Madonna University • Speaker on Six Sigma • ~50 people attended 

  6. September 20th, 2003 • Annual Golf Outing • Awesome day for Golf • Good door prizes • Excellent cross industry representation • 23 people played • Raised ~$600 for scholarship fund

  7. October 23rd, 2003 • Michigan Quality 2003; 4th Annual Conference on Quality held at Yazaki • Tracks put on by Automotive Division, Supplier Division and Software Division • ~100 Attendee • Automotive Division received $1000 for event (shared profit)

March 8th-11th, 2004 Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress Estimated 40,000 people attend March 8th Presented Automotive Division’s Quality Boot Camp Automotive Division Volunteers staffed ASQ booth during 4 days March 11th ASQ Automotive Division sponsored all day session on Dana Stage (on exhibit floor) Awesome Event!!! Glad we participated!!!!!

Some new ideas from last couple of days • Webinars/Netmeeting • Discussion Groups Format • Copy Structure • Monthly planning meetings • ~ Monthly 2 hour Discussion Groups around a topic (charge $35) • ½ day or full day seminars • Essentially what we want to do with Division liaisons • Expanded press coverage (Wall Street Journal)
