Sport and Physical Activity What is Intra Mural Sport ? • Sport within the University • Sport against fellow University of Leeds students • Teams of friends, housemates, course colleagues • Weekly, organised leagues • 30 minute games that can be fit in around lectures, • lunch time and evenings • No training commitments • Competitive, friendly, fun

Weetwood • TigerTurf Evolution water dressed hockey pitch • Sand dressed hockey pitch • 3G rubber crumb performance pitch • 6 x 5 a side football pitches • County standard cricket pitch • Premier grade rugby pitch • Premier grade football pitch • 26 x grass pitches for a variety of activities, including • American Football, Ultimate Frisbee,  Rounders, • Lacrosse, Football and Rugby

  8. Gryphon • Home to the netball and volleyball programmes • Sports Hall with Boflex Performance floor (6 badminton court size) • 3 Squash Courts

  9. SPORTS LEAGUES Men’s 5 a-side football ACTIVE SPORTS PARTICIPANTS Men’s Basketball Women’s Football These people will play sport almost regardless of our activities. Mixed RUSH Hockey Women’s Netball

Sport and Physical Activity • Talk Sport Event Timetable • 6.15pm- Pick up from Global Cafe • 6.30pm- Welcome • 6.45pm- Sports Demos • 7.15pm- Networking and talking sport • 7.30pm- Play time • Sign up for our intramural leagues will be available during play time. ACTIVE SPORTS PARTICIPANTS These people will play sport almost regardless of our activities.
