ASPECTS OF MULTICULTURAL COMMUNICATION • dominant language • regional dialects • contextual use of language • paralanguage variations: tone, volume, intonations and inflections • willingness to share thoughts and feelings • nonverbal cues: eye contact, gestures, facial expressions, use of touch, body language, spatial distance, acceptable greetings
