  3. Introduction Dear Members, On behalf of the Nordcham Board, we would like to wish you a Happy and Prosperous New Year. In Nordcham we are preparing for an exciting year and hope to see more companies becoming members of Nordcham as well as members participating more actively. A number of activities are already in the pipeline and we will kick-off the year with a New Year Dinner on the 13th of January. Remember to pay your membership fee. Our mission • Facilitate the business, investments and trade flows between Vietnam and the Nordic countries. • Provide a forum for the Nordic business community. • Work with business related organizations in Vietnam on matters of mutual interest. • Raise the profile of Vietnam among the Nordic businesses community and vice versa. • Maintain relations with other chambers of commerce also regional. 4

  7. Our goals • Strengthen the benefits for members • Boost the profile of Nordcham • Increase the membership base • Improve networking and knowledge-sharing among member companies • Improve information dissemination • Continue collaboration with Eurocham and other chambers of commerce

  9. Membership Corporate: • Ordinary corporate membership: Nordic companies or companies with substantial ties to a Nordic country. All with a legal presence in Vietnam. Full voting rights. • Associate corporate membership: Companies established under Vietnamese Law or Nordic companies with substantial ties to Vietnam without a legal presence in Vietnam. No voting rights. • Fee (>200 employees): Euro 520/1 year • Fee (<200 employees): Euro 360/1 year 9

  10. Membership Individual: • Ordinary Individual membership: Any person living in a Nordic country and currently residing in Vietnam. Full voting rights. • Associate Individual membership: Any person who is living in a Nordic country but not necessarily residing in Vietnam. No voting rights. • Fee: Euro 280/1 year 10

Our affiliation with Eurocham • Since 2006, Nordcham has joined the Eurocham as a Country Committee. • Automatic dual membership when joining Nordcham (no extra fee). • Benefits with Eurocham include: • Participate in events • Networking • Appear in membership directory • Receive business updates/information • Membership card (discount opportunities) 11
