  3. When would you use the formations: • Situations when you would use the formation • Reasons why you would use the formation

  4. 4 4 2 • Read page 12 + 13 • Discuss what you think the following are: • STRENGTHS of the 442? • WEAKNESSES of the 442? • When you would use it?

  5. 3 5 2 Formation • Groups of 3 • 1 Chairman • 2 Managers – applying for job

  6. Chairman's job: • Chairman asks 3 questions • What are the strengths of the 352? • What are the weaknesses of the 352? • When would you use this formation? • Be prepared – question order • Do not ask one manager the same question you just asked other manager – mix the questions up • Takes Notes – of good points discussed

  7. Potential Manager’s: • Prepare for each three questions (Read/use Page 15 + 16 course notes) • Answers should be: • Specific • Concise • Contain Examples

Job offer • Chairman identifies one thing each manager was very good at discussing • Chairman explains what they think are the benefits, limitations and when they would sue the 352 (comes from course notes Page 17) • Chairman offers job to Manger they think gave best/detailed/knowledgeable answer

  9. 4 2 3 1 • Transfer knowledge from roles and relationships of players in both the 442 and 352 formation • Use course notes • Fill in the 4 2 3 1 sheet and write in what each role (player) should do and any relationships with other players.
