  3. What is the retirement age of a Christian? • “Looking Good” • Revelation 2:10 tells us the time the Christian retires. • Life is a race Philippians 4:13-14 • Luke 4:13-15 • Romans 14:8 • 2nd Corinthians 5:15

  4. Are there any examples of older workers for the Lord in the Bible? • Abraham (Genesis 21) • Moses (Exodus 2) • Samuel (1st Samuel) • Zachariah and Elisabeth (Luke 1) • Simeon and Anna (Luke 2)

  5. What opportunities does retirement offer to the Christian? • Opportunities innumerable • Freed from restraints and pressures of a career • Opportunity to re-channel your energy • Retirement for the child of God is not a time to disengage, but rather engage! • Psalms 71:18 • Proverbs 16:31

  6. SENIORS IN THE CHURCH OF CHRIST • THE SENOIR YEARS ARE A BEAUTIFUL STAGE OF LIFE • THOSE WHO ARE CAN BE A TREMENDOUS ASSET TO CHRISTS KINGDOM. • JUST AS IN OTHER STAGES OF LIFE OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE THE LORD ABOUND IN OUR SENIOR YEARS AS WELL. • 2ND TIMOTHY 4:6-8
