Selling PIKE to the recruit Unique Selling Point (USP) A characteristic or benefit that attracts people to the chapter • Intramurals – “The way we compete in intramurals really fosters a fun and competitive environment. It keeps us motivated and healthy.” • Social events – “Not only are our social events fun, but we get to meet a lot of new people. We had exchanges with 5 different sororities in the past year.” • Other examples specific to your chapter? • Be able to answer: “What’s in it for me?”
