Seattle has a vibrant restaurant scene, and Clift works in multiple restaurants in the metro area. He is very passionate about bringing innovative and high-quality food to the Pacific Northwest. Clift’s cooking takes influence from both American and Asian cuisines.

While he loves making delicious and decadent foods, he also aims to make his food healthy and nourishing by using the best quality ingredients and healthy cooking techniques. He also enjoys many active hobbies, such as hiking and scuba diving, in his free time.

  3. Chad Christian Clift Knowledgeable Culinary Expert Chad Christian Clift has many years of experience as a chef in the Pacific Northwest. He received his culinary education at the Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland, and then later moved to Seattle. He now works at two restaurants, one in Seattle and one in Bellevue, as well as teaching master classes to aspiring chefs and working on his cookbook.Chad Christian Clift is passionate about making amazing food in all aspects of his life.
