  1. Chad Clift Successful Seattle Chef Chad Clift is a Seattle-based chef specializing in Asian cuisine. He cooks at two restaurants in the city, one in downtown Seattle and another in Bellevue. He has been passionate about cooking since he was a teenager, when his father, who is Japanese, taught him how to make sushi. His cooking is known for its unexpected combinations of sweet and savory flavors. Clift’s goal is to eventually open his own Japanese-American fusion restaurant.

  2. Chad Clift Multicultural Chef Seattle area chef Chad Clift has extensive training and experience in cooking a wide variety of cuisines. After he graduated from high school, he moved to Portland to attend the Oregon Culinary Institute. After graduating, he apprenticed with a well-known Thai restaurant in Portland before moving back to Seattle. Clift has lived and worked in the Seattle restaurant business for over fifteen years, and plans on having a long career.

  3. Chad Clift Experienced Culinary Expert Chad Clift has worked in restaurants in the Pacific Northwest for almost two decades. He began cooking in his early teenage years as a creative outlet, and later decided to pursue the culinary arts as a career. In addition to cooking at two Asian fusion restaurants in Seattle, he occasionally teaches master classes at local culinary academies, as well as experiments with new recipes for future use in his restaurants.

  4. Chad Clift Outdoor Enthusiast Seattle chef Chad Clift has a wide range of interests both in and out of the kitchen. He particularly enjoys outdoorsy activities such as hiking, scuba diving, and even skydiving. Seattle is the perfect home base for these activities, and Clift enjoys taking weekend trips to various locations throughout the American West to enjoy his outdoor hobbies. Clift enjoys keeping fit and staying adventurous in the great outdoors.
