WBS 1.4 Update

TPC Organization • WBS Dictionary: Design and construction of the TPC inside the cryostat • Document the TPC system throughout the design and fabrication process • Design and construct the TPC • Design and construct the on-detector electronics • Design and construct the TPC and HV feed-throughs and specify and procure necessary cabling and power supplies
