In-Water Work & Reservoir Operation Constraints • Typical Reservoir Ops: • Held between elev. 860 – 862 (unless under flood condition) • Construction Constraints: • Work conducted below OHWM (elev. 862) must be conducted during two approved work windows • September 1st thru December 31st 2015 • September 1st thru December 31st 2016 • Reservoir drawdowns (below elev. 860) must be conducted during work windows • Rules regarding the scheduling, duration, and penalties for reservoir adjustments will be detailed in the general bid specification October9, 2014 Slide13
