  1. “How Great is our God?” Psalm 19:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork.”

  2. Psalm 19:2 “Day unto day utters speech,”

  3. Psalm 19:2 “Day unto day utters speech,”

  4. Psalm 19:2 “and night unto night reveals knowledge.”

  5. Psalm 19:3 “There is no speech nor language where there voice is not heard.”

  6. Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

  7. Genesis 1:3 “Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.”

  8. Creation of light… God spoke and light came forth at 186,000 miles per second!

  9. The Sun • 93 million miles away • Takes 8 minutes for the light ray to reach us on the earth, going 186,000 miles per second! • The sun is 1 million times the size of earth! • If the earth was the size of a golf ball, then the sun would be 15 feet in diameter…. • If the earth was the size of a golf ball, 960,000 earths would fit inside the sun…. The same as filling a school bus with golf balls! • The sun is just one of billions of stars in our Milky Way Galaxy • Genesis 1:16b “…He made the stars also.”

  10. Betelgeuse (Beetle-juice) • 427 light years away • Twice the size of the earth’s orbit around the sun! • If the earth was the size of a golf ball… Betelgeuse would be the height of 6 Empire State buildings stacked on top of each other! (1453 feet x 6 = 8718 feet/next to a golf ball) • 262 trillion earths would fit inside Betelgeuse! • If the earth was a golf ball… you could fill the Superdome with golf balls 3,000 times!

  11. Mu Cephei • 3,000 light years away! • If the earth was a golf ball… Mu Cephei would be as wide as two Golden Gate Bridges together end to end! (approx. 3 miles) • You could fit 2.7 quadrillion earths inside Mu Cephei! (quadrillion = 1,000 trillion) • 1 million sec ago = 12 days ago • 1 billion sec ago = around 1975 • 1 trillion sec ago = approx. 29,700 BC • 1 quadrillion sec ago = approx. 30 million years ago!

  12. Canis Majoris • The biggest star scientists/astrologists have found • If the earth was a golf ball… Canis Majoris would be the height of Mt Everest! (6 miles) • 7 quadrillion earths would fit inside Canis Majoris! • If the earth was a golf ball… you could cover the state of Texas with golf balls 22 inches deep with the number of golf balls it would take to fill Canis Majoris!

  13. Amazing facts about you… • We all start as one cell… with DNA containing 3 billion characters describing who we are! • The DNA from one of our cells would be 6 ft long end to end! • If we read our own DNA one character per sec, it would take us 96 years to read it all! • 3 days old we are only 16 cells! • 75 trillion cells make up our body… all with our complete DNA! • All of our DNA stretched out end to end could take us to the moon and back 178,000 times!!! • 50,000 cells in our body die every 3 sec and are replaced by 50,000 brand new cells!

  14. Augustine said, “Men go abroad to wonder at the height of mountains, the huge waves of the sea, the long course of rivers, the vast compass of the ocean, the circular motion of the stars, but they pass by themselves and don’t even notice.”

  15. Laminin • Protein molcule • Glue of the body
