Current Status of E-Cloud Mitigation Methods for Damping Rings and Super B-Factories
The ICFA ABDW #49 meeting held at Cornell University focused on the current advancements in mitigation methods for e-cloud effects in damping rings and super B-factories, as well as the LHC upgrade. Scheduled from October 8-12, 2010, the event expected 80-100 attendees, with all talks invited by a program committee ensuring a diverse representation by lab, region, and topic. Each talk was accompanied by an individual paper, leading to full proceedings enriched with additional summaries from working groups. A satellite review meeting dedicated to ILC damping ring e-cloud mitigation design was also included.
