Phase-In • Sept – Dec 2003 All permits paid old fees • Jan – June 2004 Permits assessed under new ordinance paid only 75% of new fees • July 1, 2004 Permits assessed under new ordinance paid full 100% of new fees • Affordable Housing is exempt from all impact fees. • Current median price of S-F Home is approx. $400,000.
