Toledo Chapter 042 Report: Progress, Challenges, and Future Initiatives

The Toledo Chapter 042 has successfully filled several officer positions this year, leading to renewed enthusiasm for chapter redevelopment. While our membership has increased, we face challenges in filling the RP and CTTC chair roles, which our PE and VP will temporarily cover. Additionally, we are addressing the reluctance among members to accept positions by promoting a positive view of service. Our goal is to make involvement enjoyable again while enhancing student activities and outreach. Ongoing initiatives aim to boost research promotion and financial stability.

Toledo Chapter 042 Highlights • We have filled our Officer positions this year. • With that done, we are discussing the filling of our Chair positions. • The officers and chairs that we have are energetic and interested in redeveloping this chapter. • Our membership quantity has increased since last year. • We have renewed our optimism.

  3. Toledo Chapter 042 Challenges & Solutions • We do not have an RP chair. • We do not have a CTTC chair, but our PE and VP will cover those duties. • We do not have a Historian. • Many members are still reluctant to accept positions – we are trying to change the view that serving the chapter is a burden. • We need to make it fun again!
