Pillar Leader role • Set the pillar strategic guidelines • Ensure pillar vision definition, consistency with plant vision, involving all pillar members • Share with pillar team the pillar objectives set by the Steering Committee in line with the defined vision. • Share with pillar team the pillar KPIs set by Steering Committee to measure progress on these objectives • Co-ordinate the deployment activities and make an action plan to make sure pillar KPIs' targets will be met • Ensure the availability of the needed methodologies, systems, procedures and tools • Guarantee the necessary training actions for the professional growth of the involved people • Co-ordinate the Team Leaders support activities • Constantly maintain contacts with operating units and other Pillars to achieve plant objectives • Keep pillar activity boards up to date
