  4. Rho Induction Process • Send out invitations to top 30% of the students in each class (1st-3rd yr) after second quarter • Students submit CV and essay • Officers and advisor select members based on evidence of leadership and service while in medical school • Induction Ceremony in the spring

  7. Community Service • Educating Kids on Tobacco • Prepare skit and answer questions for scout troops and homeless children • Habitat for Humanity • TOPS • Free sports physicals for high school students • H.O.M.E. • Physicals and medical care at homeless shelter

Goals • Increase on campus awareness about Sigma Sigma Phi by participating in Club Week and organizing speakers and panels that are targeted towards potential members • Unite members together at community service events • Habitat for Humanity • Tar Wars • Providing on campus services as well • Q & A About Rotations • How To Do Well in Your First Year of Medical School • CV Workshop
