Finance Committee The mission of the Finance Committee is to oversee the accounting, finance, legal and compensation activities of the organization to insure proper record keeping, adequate funding, reasonable compensation of staff, and compliance with laws and regulations applicable while protecting the assets of the organization and managing risk.
