Advanced Detection of Shigella Using Type III Needle scFv in Functional Assay

This study explores the efficacy of the Type III Needle scFv for the detection of Shigella in a functional assay. DH10B cells are incubated with his-tagged espA, followed by washing, lysis, and blotting on nitrocellulose. The detection is achieved through anti-his antibody staining. Negative controls are included for result validation. The analysis focuses on Displayers and their interactions with various proteins including ehaB, VtaA11, OprF, eCPX, yuaQ, azo1653, CPG_L2, espP(beta), and AIDA-1, illustrating the potential of these probes in probiotic applications.
