Two main functions: • Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor COR • Guaranteed Return Program • Responsibilities: • Maintain properly certified PPV COR. • Liaison with DLA Troop Support for contracting and program issues such as training, accounts and non-payment of PPV bills. • Train customers in PPV procedures for ordering and bill payment. • Assist customers that can’t place orders by themselves. • Perform functions related to the Guaranteed Return Program. • Coordinate medical issues with DDNV’s medical cage. Fleet Medical Liaison Office • Defense Distribution Depot Norfolk (DDNV) and physical distribution: • DDNV is the organization chartered with providing material movement, distribution, shipping and receiving of all material for Norfolk ships. • Medical material and equipment should flow through DDNV’s medical cage. • Material is routed in accordance with the ship’s Cargo Routing Instructions File (CRIF) msg • FLC Norfolk can assist in coordinating with DDNV for material movement.
