It is not too late to join a working group! • Thanks to the members of Academic Affairs who have already stepped forward to serve on working groups. Meetings are expected to convene in the next two weeks. • We are still seeking members for the Engagement, Experiential Learning and Collegiality/Shared Stewardship Working Groups. • We have adequate membership for the Liberal Arts/Liberal Education and Diversity Working Groups, though there is still space • An invitation was emailed to all Academic Affairs members. Immediate Tasks for the fall semester • Convene working groups and central committees (first two weeks of November) • Schedule regular meetings and public/forum discussions for each working group (on-going through spring semester) • Central Committee to develop standardized framework and contents for action plans (by mid-November)example: Recommendation, Targeted Outcomes, Action Steps, Cost/benefits statement
