  2. Data • FY04 salaries for COM provided by Dean’s office (P. Wellman, C. Baker, P. Polly) • Updates resignations, new appointments, change of department or title series, and promotions • Delete administrative personnel: 1 Assoc VP, 1 Dean, 6 Center Directors, 4 Assoc Deans, 3 Asst Deans, 20 Chairs, 42 Division Chiefs for a total of 78, 11.5% women

  3. Data, continued • Delete Allied Health faculty paid by COM, n=3 • Delete PRET or retired faculty, n=16 • Separate PART-TIME faculty, n=87 • Recode degrees earned as MD or PhD • Regroup 21 departments • Drop KYSPH (n=9) • 4 groups of departments
