This session will review the deliverables and provide resources on how your project can comply with the requirements. 2

  4. EPLC Framework Overview The HHS EPLC framework: • Applies to all HHS IT investments and projects • Consists of ten life cycle phases • Provides the flexibility and allows for differences in project size, complexity, scope, duration, etc. • Accommodates iterative development methodologies

  20. Ongoing Project Management Deliverables Certain project management activities are inherently required in every life cycle phase. Those activities are described here rather than repeating them in each phase. Project management activities include: Application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques Updates to the Project Management Plan Earned Value Management (EVM) and status reporting Management of scope and change requests Communications to ensure all stakeholders
