  12. The Montréal 2010 Congress Organisers plan to hold the congress in accordance with sustainable development principles by: 1) offsetting the GHG emissions generated by the congress 2) reducing to a minimum the waste generated by the event Green Congress

  13. The Montréal 2010 Organisers will hold an international contest to reward research and innovation in the area of energy efficiency. The contest will be open to graduate students or groups of students from all over the world and will select the best project based on: 1) originality of the research 2) readyness for practical application Energy efficiency contest
