  2. ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: Our grant writing training is designed to help you gain confidence in looking for grants to grow your organisation or help with a new or potential venture. There are many grants available to non-profit organisations, social enterprises + traditional businesses and with a workforce with limited time to dedicate to applying for grants, how do you decide which ones are the best? Where is the best place to look for them and how do you apply for one?

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: This interactive and practical grant writing workshop is designed to help you set up a framework from which you or your business / organisation can be ready to apply for any grant, efficiently and effectively. This workshop will also guide you through how to use a logic model in your grant process. It will give you the confidence and tools to apply strategies, research and writing techniques to give you the best chance of writing a successful application to a variety of sources.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: Following this grant writing training you will be able to: o Recognise what grants are most suitable for your organisation and where to find them o Sell your organisation and its projects o Define the project / program and its benefits o Determine who are important stakeholders and partners o Understand sustainability, and how to keep the project / program going after funding finishes o Evaluate the project / program / business activity

Over this time, she has gained an in-depth understanding of how sectors work and what organisations have faced in the past, present and into the future to be more sustainable. Understanding the range of roles, and tasks within an organisation, Yolie has worked from program design and delivery to Assistant Manager, to CEO to Board Director. She has educated 100s of Board Directors, CEOS, staff and volunteers in leadership, governance, strategic development, project leadership and improving services to their clients. Yolie has delivered revenue raising and grant writing workshops and has over 85% success in sourcing resources and writing grants. As a qualified Trainer, Facilitator and Coach Yolie offers transforming pathways, interactive experiences, and practical tools for people to connect to who they truly are and to imagine a new world.

Candice Olivier - Impact Led Founder Candice has operated a social enterprise business located on the Gold Coast for a number of years and has faced the adversity business ownership can throw at you and overcome this will a devotion to enterprising models.
