Let’s begin the process- Choose a simple sound system test: • Click twice on the soundbar in the system tray and click mixer to show control panel of the sound applications. • Tap on the start menu button and go to the Control panel of your HP laptop and select Hardware and Sound. • Once you clicked over the Hardware and Sound choose Sound and select any option under the program section and then hit Test button to examine the audio.

To check the volume is not muted, perform the following steps. • Click twice on the sound icon at the lower right corner and choose mixer. Check all the sound category is turned on and drag the bar to increase the sound level.

Restore the Original audio driver: • Go to the start button and enter “recovery” into the search box and select the recovery manager. • On the welcome recovery manager window, tap on the ‘Advanced’ options and select Hardware driver re-installation and hit to Next button. • Select driver to reinstall window and choose the audio or sound driver to install and press next. • Wait until recover manager reinstalls the original audio driver and press Finish.
