  1. Place: Toilet at CR 3 Recommendation Remove the original door Install foldable slide-door Install 2 handrails , one is fixed on a wall. the other is foldable.

  2. Ramp at CR3 stage Recommendation Existing ramp is in fact temporally one. Permanent ramp should be set to meet the standard inclination angle(1:12). Its color should fit the overall atmosphere of the room (should not be seen as a special equipment)

  3. Ramp at CR3 Recommendation Existing ramp is in fact temporary one. Permanent ramp should be set to meet the standard inclination angle (1:12). Therefore, the new permanent ramp should be longer. To make it longer, it should start from where Ms. Saowalak stands (between seat panel). Its color should be harmonized with the atmosphere of the room.

  4. Doors at CR3 Recommendation Door knob should be longer enough for wheelchair users to open and close. Floor hinge door closer machine inside should be installed. Sign board should be on the door to tell how to open the door. NB: hinge means a joint that holds two parts together so that one can swing relative to the other.

  6. Drop off area , In front of UNCC building Recommendation Existing curb cut is still steep, so permanent ramp has to be provided. In a long run, when drop off area is renovated, it should be built flat without using curbs. Sign board should be used to guide wheelchair users the accessible route.

  7. Recommendation Bell/buzzer has to be installed where wheelchair can reach and push. Security Guard should be trained to assist wheelchair users whenever they need it. Sign board should be installed to guide wheelchair users where to enter and other services. Ramp at drop off area , In front of UNCC
