Mission To provide members with service opportunities that enable them to be engaged in the local community and provide support for displaced children through the donation and distribution of stuffed animals. In addition to fulfilling our own goals, we are dedicated to supporting other Penn State service organizations that are similarly committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged childre

  3. Do Dare Ad Infinitum – To Give Without Limits Paws of Friendship is an organization that depends on the support and generosity of the surrounding community. It is our philosophy that if we are asking the community to help us, we must return the favor. We do this by encouraging members to participate in as much community service as possible. That being said, all service activities are centered around our members’ interests.

  4. Accomplishments to Date: Philanthropy Donated 14 stuffed animals to be included in packages for children in youth services Donated $1,000 to RAINN Donated 250 stuffed animals to Maison Fortune Orphanage in Haiti Donated 12 stuffed animals to be included in packages for children in youth services

  5. Accomplishments to Date: Service Second Mile Events: Bowling Bash, Harvest Hoedown, Healthy Adventures, Magic & Science, Roller Skating Games Galore and Spring Festival Red Cross: Small Organizations Runner up in the Blood Cup and the THON Blood Drive Centre County Paws SKILLS: Arts and Crafts Day Letters to Orphans: A project we started in tandem with the distribution of stuffed animals (Circle K and Rotaractcontributed to this effort) Shaver’s Creek: general service days and the music festival Penn State: SES Thanksgiving Basket and MLK Day of Service Centre County Youth Service Bureau: Jeans for Teens Penn State Clubs: volunteering to help Project Haiti Meet their goals (Information tables and Bake sale)
