  2. The citywill have two hospitals and one heliport in each hospital.

  3. A hospital will be located next to the city's  main avenue and the other hospital next to the train station. Patients will live within 10 minutes from your health center and less than 30 minutes from the hospital. In case of emergency, the mobile unit will have a maximum time of 10 minutes to reach the patient.

  4. Each hospital will offer the following services: trauma, surgery, maternity, pediatrics.

  5. Besides there will be six health centers spread  throughoutthe city. In these centers there will be a first aid service available 24 hours a day.  In each there will be ambulances, pediatric services, primary care and first aid.

  6. Health services are free for all citizensMedicines should not be prescribed in cases, in order to offer the proper dosage for each patient. This will save enough money.

  7. Waiting lists will be reduced to a maximum of one month.It will promote organ donation, to help patients waiting for operations.
